This client bought an apartment in Tarrytown with beautiful Hudson River views and an old and outdated kitchen. The galley style kitchen had a closet in one corner taking up precious space.

We removed a wall and took out the kitchen closet – adding two and a half feet of counter space, providing enough room for a small seating area and cabinets above.

The cherry cabinetry was purchased in stock sizes and installed to fit in the space. We laid new wood floors on the diagonal and finished the space with a stone and glass tile backsplash.  A great kitchen for an apartment with a great view!
