The challenge for these homeowners was to remodel their dated 1960’s home into something both livable and beautiful for them and their young family, all on the existing footprint.

With beautiful views of a local lake, moving wasn’t an option.  By adjusting the size of the rooms, we increased the size of the kitchen and remodeled it with new custom kitchen cabinetry. 

Bathroom remodeling was completed in both the hall bath and the master bath.  Custom details throughout, such as wainscot panels, wood beams, herringbone floors in the entrance way along with new window, door and crown moldings finished off the interior.  The exterior’s dated aluminum siding was stripped off and the homes exterior was transformed with a new portico, new window and door trim and natural cedar shingles.

The result; a home the family can enjoy for years to come.
